Creating and Managing Persistent Channels (Chat Rooms)

As a Windows NT administrator or chat sysop manager, you create and manage the persistent channels on your chat server. In addition to routine tasks such as creating and deleting persistent channels, you can create secure channels, set up cloneable channels, and close channels.
