When you choose the New Channel button New Channel, the New Channel Properties dialog box is displayed. If you choose a channel in the list, the <Channel Name> Channel Properties dialog box is displayed. The New Channel Properties or the <Channel Name> Channel Properties dialog boxes allow you to set general, access, settings, and modes properties.

If you are changing properties for an existing channel, the Delete Channel, Duplicate Channel, and Close Channel options are also available.
