Follow these steps to delete a persistent channel.
Select a chat server under Microsoft Chat Web Access.
Select Managing Channels (Rooms) in the left pane.
In the right frame, select the channel you want to delete.
Choose Delete Channel
in the toolbar. If there are members in the channel,
the channel remains active until the last member leaves,
and is then removed from the server.
