Message Size Limits

Use the Messages property page to specify the maximum incoming and outgoing message size in your newsfeed.

Getting to the Messages property page

1. In the Administrator window, choose a site, and then choose Connections.
2. Double-click your newsfeed.
3. Select the Messages tab.

Setting a Message Size Limit

You can set a limit on the size of messages that can be sent to or from this newsfeed server.

1. Select the Messages tab.
2. Under Outgoing message size or Incoming message size, select an option.

Option	Description
No Limit	There is no size limit for the message.
Maximum (K)	Select and type a number representing the largest amount of space each message can occupy.
