Address Books

The Microsoft Exchange Server Address Book allows you to address messages and look up locations or phone numbers. It displays recipient names that can be organized into various lists containing mailboxes, distribution lists, custom recipients, and public folders.

You can use Address Book views to group recipients by a common attribute, such as employee number. Microsoft Exchange Server also provides several types of templates you can use to customize how information appears in the Address Book.
