Shared and Group Folders to Public Folders

The postoffice migration tool copies shared and group folders. The folders are copied to the public folder store, and appropriate permissions are assigned to them as specified in the Migration Wizard. These folders should be migrated no more than once per postoffice.

After a copy has been migrated to a public folder on the Microsoft Exchange Server, there is no way to automatically replicate the differences between the two folders on Microsoft Mail and Microsoft Exchange Server. If you have a critical shared or group folder, migrate all the folder's users at the same time.
