For More Information

The following mailbox property pages are described elsewhere in Microsoft Exchange Server Getting Started or in other Microsoft Exchange Server documentation.

Delivery Restrictions   Use the Delivery Restrictions property page to accept or reject messages from any sender listed in the Microsoft Exchange Server directory. For more information, see Microsoft Exchange Server Operations.

Delivery Options   Use the Delivery Options property page specify delivery options for a recipient who will receive all messages intended for the primary recipient, or a recipient who has permission to send messages on behalf of the primary recipient. For more information, see Microsoft Exchange Server Operations.

Protocols   Use the Protocols property page to enable an Internet protocol for individual mailboxes. For more information about configuring Internet protocols for individual mailboxes, see Microsoft Exchange Server Operations.

Custom Attributes   Use the Custom Attributes property page to define detailed information about a recipient, such as an employee identification number. It contains 10 unique fields that you customize to provide information about the recipients in your site. For more information, see Chapter 7, "Setting Up Your Site."

Permissions   Use the Permissions property page to view or specify rights and permissions that users or groups have to access mailboxes. For more information, see Chapter 4, "Setting Permissions."

Distribution Lists   Use the Distribution Lists property page to specify the distribution lists that a mailbox belongs to. When a mailbox is a member of a distribution list, it receives all messages addressed to that distribution list. For more information, see Microsoft Exchange Server Operations.

E-mail Addresses   Use the E-mail Addresses property page to create, modify, or remove e-mail addresses for a mailbox. For more information, see Chapter 8, "Setting Up Server Core Components and Properties."
