Schedule+ Free/Busy Connector Setup

Setting up the Schedule+ Free/Busy Connector to transfer schedule information between Microsoft Exchange Server recipients and MS Mail (PC) recipients requires the following:

Installing the Microsoft Mail Connector.
Creating an AdminSch account on all postoffices participating in schedule sharing.
Installing the Schedule+ program files on an MS Mail (PC) postoffice server.
Installing the Schedule+ Administrator program.
Configuring the Schdist.exe program.
Configuring the Schedule+ Free/Busy Connector.

Note The MS Mail (PC) External program is not required if the Microsoft Mail Connector is configured as the message transfer agent (MTA) for servicing all MS Mail (PC) postoffices that share Schedule+ free and busy information. However, if you have an existing Schedule+ system and are using External as the MTA to send free and busy information, you can continue to use the External program for this purpose.
