Permissions Properties

You can assign permissions for the remote dirsync requestor object. Any user who has permissions assigned for the configuration container will inherit those permissions for the remote dirsync requestor object. You may want to assign explicit permissions to a user, such as a directory synchronization administrator, for the dirsync requestor object.

For example, you could assign Administrator permissions for a remote dirsync requestor object to a user but not assign User permissions for the configuration container. The user will have permissions to the remote dirsync requestor only.

For more information on permissions, see Microsoft Exchange Server Getting Started.
