Connector Setup

Use Microsoft Exchange Server Setup to install:

• The connector extensions, including the cc:Mail e-mail address generator, for communicating with cc:Mail.
• The cc:Mail e-mail address generator for Microsoft Exchange Server computers accessing cc:Mail through a connector installed in another Microsoft Exchange Server site.

Important    The Performance Optimizer is crucial to the efficient operation of Microsoft Exchange Server. Under Type of server, select Connector/Directory Import during optimization. If you skip this step during installation, make sure you complete it before putting the server into service.
