You configure the Dynamic RAS Connector using property pages to specify connection information, MTA and RAS override values, address spaces, connected sites information, a connection schedule, and delivery restrictions.
Getting to the Dynamic RAS Connector property pages
In the Administrator window, choose Connections.
Double-click the Dynamic RAS Connector to be modified.
