One-off Address Templates

Use one-off address templates to address messages to mailboxes that are not in your global address list or personal address book (PAB). They are called one-off because they are often used to send one piece of mail off to an address and are not used again. (However, you can use this template to send mail and then add the addressee to your PAB.)

You can access one-off address templates in Outlook:

You can view one-off address templates in the Administrator window, but you cannot modify them.

Getting to the one-off Address Templates property page

  1. In the Administrator window, choose Configuration, choose One-Off Address Templates, and then select one of the language containers.
  2. Double-click the specific template you want to view.
  3. Select the Templates tab.

To add a Help file to one-off address templates, see "Selecting Template Help Files" earlier in this chapter.
