Custom Recipients

A custom recipient is a recipient outside the messaging site, local post office, or organization, such as an Internet recipient with an SMTP address. When you create a custom recipient, it appears in the site Address Book and can receive messages. You can use the Administrator program to create a custom recipient or you can use the directory import feature to import custom recipients from other messaging systems.
