Is their anyone or anything that can illustrate how the windshield washer hose routes inside the engine compartment and ultimately to the washer heads? Clips used?

If you send me your email address I can send you some pics that show most of the routing for a car with a w/w fluid pump (not manual foot pump).

If you can tell me the clips etc to be used I'll be grateful.

Working from bottle to squirters :
First is the short white tie down loop, @ 3" located above washer bottle.
Second is a large black plastic clip that also holds the wires going to the alternator.
Third is the black plastic tie down loop that holds the heater hoses.
Fourth is the long white tie down loop, @4-5" located on the firewall.
Fifth is the metal tabs welded to the firewall across from the heater motor.
Sixth is the hole in the plate above the wiper motor then connect to the splitter that directs to each squirter.
That about does it.
