Center Console Ash Tray

Postby Jon » 15 Jan 2006 16:01

Does anyone know if different console ash trays were used in the Challengers. I have been watching for one on ebay but they don't seem to extend the full width on the console. I will try to include a pic of the opening in mine.

Thanks

Jon

Your car is a ´70, right? They have a wide opening where you can place the seat belts. No ashtrays on 70 Challengers in other words.

The ´71-´74 Challengers have ashtrays.

Thanks Christer. :D You are correct in the thread about how ugly and unfinished the gap is. Did you ever figure something to put there?

I've heard that Dave's hands shake so badly that he has accidentally deleted users! Probably another sign of his old age. :s012:
