Yes, poor ground on the tail light issue, the fault could be just with the grounds from the rear light clusters .
If cleaning and making good the ground doesn't help or only helps a little bit then you have a poor ground somewhere in the entire lighting circuit, so check headlight grounds, sidelights, even the light switch itself.

The tach is fairly easy, if the coil was bad the car won't run so you can eliminate
Check the wiring loom carefully, I'd suggest checking out the wiring schematics at the top of this section.

Aftermaker from Yearone, I ask to Yearone they said me that :

"If the tachometer works with the gray wire connected to the coil positive terminal it indicates the coil is defective (reversed coil polarity) or the ignition is wired incorrectly (wires attached to the incorrect terminals)."

Positive side send me the good information ?

Oh, sorry, my mistake I typed that in completely wrong  ................the grey wire should go to the NEG side of the coil.
Are you certain the power feed is connected to the back of the tach itself?

Yes the 2 wires is connected to the back, I changed all the harnesses some years ago so all wires are in good condition, harnesses are from Yearone, I connected all harnesses with the schema so they are in good position.
