Cool , its on watch it settle in at 55 k

I really like the car , very nice example the only thing that kills it for me is the 318 , not a bad motor just very under powered for a vert

I think it was two of them that got the 340. But these were not the regular ones sold to the general public. The 340 cars had hand painted lettering on the side the same as the actual pace car (which was 383 powered). All the 318 cars just had (optional) decals.

To me a convertible is more a cruiser instead of a pure muscle car (a semi-musclecar?). I ask myself if I really believe in what I just wrote.

You're dead right on the 'semi-muscle' description tho, I can't ever seem to get my head around ragtops being thrashed up the strip or dragged from the stoplights

Thanks, Ade! 5 or 10 minutes after I had wrote that question, I managed to to understand what vert is. It is not difficult when you know the answer. A bit odd with an abbreviation where you pick letters from the middle of the word. Or is it just me that is trying to find an excuse?
