1970 Sun Visors and Shoulder Belt Clips

Can anyone tell me the main difference between 1970 Sun Visors and later years? Also, does anyone know if the aluminum clips for the shoulder belt holders screw in OVER the headliner?

The seat belt clips go over the headliner. You have to feel for the screw holes.

I have this set of visors which are obviously not correct and I have a set of the correct visors with NO posts inside.
Any idea where I can get a set of the posts?
