New movie: In time

Postby christer » 22 Apr 2012 10:17

Have anyone seen it? I became aware of it thanks to a working mate. I could not resist buying it due to to the co-starring Challengers. :)

I can recommend the film. Even your missus will probably like it. Don´t tell her anything about the Challangers in advance though, because that will get her in the wrong mood.

Yes I have seen it.

Interesting concept. Gives a clear (if over simplified) understanding of how the real economy works.

Some very corny bits in it. But not a bad film.

It also feels like it is a badly hidden Vanishing point-tribute-movie. What I am specially thinking about is when a Jaguar E-type chrashes in a similar way as in the Vanishing point movie.

Vanishing point also has a similar theme; Not to waste any time (every second counts...) I am 100% that the film makers are fans of Vanishing point. Anything else would be a surprise to me.

At first, my working mate (He owns a 1968 Firebird.) asked me about the difference between a Challenger and a Barracuda. Why? A web-site had wrongly the idea that it was Barracudas they drove in the movie. Well, we all know that the e-bodys are siblings so the mistake is understandable.

There are alot more challengers being used for movies, commercials ,videos out in the desert yes I agree the V.P movie has to have some influence after all" copying is the greatest form of flattery "(Alice Cooper quote)

Haven't seen it yet but it's got several Ramchargers in it also. Apparantly there are some Mopar guys somewhere in the making of this film.

I like that video! I wonder how many hidden (not included in the title and due to this fact impossible to search for) Challengers there are in music videos at youtube? I have already posted this this link once before but I can do it again. Yes, one Challenger is included. Conclusion: The russians also like Challengers! 8)

Really? To me it looks as if they are driving on the right side of the road in the film. Or?
