OK, I've figured out where those two unknown plugs went to. As it turns out, when we assembled the dash, we accidentally ran those wires/ plugs up over the top to the right side instead of running them. Those two plugs are for the map light! (Duh!)
The ONLY OTHER PLUGS I CAN'T FIGURE OUT ARE:

1. The single ORANGE wire with female plug on the end that comes out of the harness above the dash. ????

2. The DUAL GREEN WIRES with round female plug right next to the driver's side door switch.

I've checked the diagrams and cannot see these anywhere. (LOL- I could be stupid???)

My gues is that the The single ORANGE wire with female plug on the end that comes out of the harness above the dash is for the light in the shifter if you have a automatic trans ! and the The DUAL GREEN WIRES with round female plug right next to the driver's side door switch is for the headlamp delay relay option if you had that before if not just dont use them.

I have the console shifter lamp assembly and the plug on the end of it is actually a round male plug and not a square spade-type plug. If you have a console shifter lamp assy, check to see what type of plug yours would have. Mine looks to be original- meaning it hasn't been spliced or had its plug altered.

I agree on the green plug, as it looks unused and was probably for an option.

Im out of surgestion´s sorry but i do know that cabels whit orange coller is used for light´s ! I have a NOS harnesse for the shifter light and that one has a flat male on it but maybe they used one more shorter cabel that ended up as a round male conektor !? I have a 4 speed car so i cant compare but you also have a ashtray light in that regione that conekts to the orange harnesse but that one conekts to the 3 way round female split if i remember it corektly ! But remember that the orange collered cabels is in the groupe of lights in same way as the dashlight in your car and i gues that you will figuer it out Could it be something to the radio !?
