I recently installed the engine/ trans and hooked up the neutral safety plug and ran the wiring harness up into the engine bay. Question is, where do the DARK BLUE AND DARK GREEN long leads with clips go to?
(They are seen coming off the plug that connects to the fuse block/ main harness. They are long enough to get around to the front of the engine bay.

Is that the wires to the AC compressor?

There are some wires that come out of that plug and go over to the starter relay on the DS inner fender. Do you have those hooked up?

Yes, there is the one that hooks up to the relay, but the long blue and long green wires (each with black female clips on the ends) seem to run around to the PS fender area. I must assume that the plug in the photo plugs into the main wiring harness (at fuse block area on firewall) since it's not long enough to go anywhere else.
I can provide more photos if needed.

Eddie might be right. The wires might go to the high/low pressure switches for the A/C. My non A/C car doesn't have any extra wires like that. I'll look for a pic of an A/C car.

OK, I found some pics of an A/C car but it's hard to see where those wires go. They do run over to the passengers side. It looks like they might run across the intake manifold up to the A/C compressor.
