Radiator Upgrade

My 1970 challenger 440 has the OEM 26" 3 row radiator with fan shroud.

Has anyone replaced there OEM Radiator with a newer style aluminum type? I have seen some for sale on ebay, but not sure which one is the best.

Is there a direct fit replacement? What are the advantages and disadvantages of changing to aluminum?
