I have the seat belt retractors and retractor covers and would like a photo from someone showing exactly how they position. I know the covers simply sit over the retractors and then the carpet sits over them.
They position themselves. You can't really go wrong unless you try to fit them to the wrong side of the car. You should also have two small black finish covers that sit on top of the carpet.
I seem to remember two screws that go through the black covers, through the carpet, through the retractor covers, and into the metal plate on the retractor.
Thanks, Dave. so, the retractors actually mount upsidedown? I'm trying to picture them in the car and thought they mounted with the 4 holes into the floor with bolts. I thought that since the covers really only "sit" on the floor and then are covered by the carpet, mounting the retractors to them would not make any sense. Does anyone have a picture? It would help.
2 bolts. one on each side. You're right about the small screws on the metal tabs on the top which attach to the belt guides which sit atop the carpet and retractor covers.
