Home-made 1971 Cuda Gills patch panels

A guy I know is very skilled.
He has made his own tooling for the 1971 gills patches.
Why? The repro-patches does not have the correct radius according to him.
If you are aware of this difference, then it is very annoying, he says.

You can see the PG Classic patch panel (marked PG) in one of the photos.
The fifth hole on the same photo is a home-made hole using his tooling (see the last picture).

What do you think? (I hope I have not shown these photos before.)
