I have never seen replacement bushings.  I had to cut mine off the bar because they were so hard.  I found a guy who is sending me his origonal ones since he modified a poly bushing to fit.
So, you'll have to find a poly bushing with the same diameter as the bar and modify it to fit.
   
 
 
 Modifing a poly bushing is quite easy.  Cuts clean with a sharp blade
 Burdar, did you need to drill the weld on the (one) tab then fit the new one?
