Does anyone know where this goes?

I removed a few years ago when I dismantled the car. Goes somewhere around the rear quarter windows under the interior panel. I thought it might go somewhere around the window winding mechanism but no go. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

Possibly the wire loom for the driver's side wiring? Shown below is the 1970 version / location.
