Remember "Big Daddy" Ed Roth?

Postby The Toy Peddler » 23 Feb 2010 0:49

He did some very cool stuff, like all those crazy cars and figures like the Rat Fink, etc.. Well, I just commissioned his son "Little Daddy Roth" to do my t-shirts, hats and other logo items for my website, The Toy Peddler. I met with him at a diecast convention this last weekend and we hit it off pretty good. He is a real kick! He had some great stories to tell about when he was a kid and his dad has all these "celebrities" over, but at the time he had no clue about just how famous some of these people were.
He is just as talented as his dad and I really look forward to seeing what he can do with my '70 Chally!

I got into American and Custom cars as a kid in the 60s-70s and Roth's Artwork was a big deal then.

It seems to be getting popular again these days as you can tell by my smiling face here! :D
