I have seen that happen a couple of times in burnout competitions and it always results in damage to the bodywork. But I have never seen as much damage as that before! :shock:

I guess the car being a rusty turd didn't help...... :lol:

i cant believe that they chock the front wheels for a burn out is that how all burnout comps are in the US check out this little sample of how its done in aus

Yeah I think Health and Safety have gone a bit mad at some US events. :lol:

That must have taken at leats a fiver off the value of the car. :nod:

Do I remember blokes with big planks of wood doing the same thing at the Mopar Nats some years ago? This was in the days when it was still being held at Shakespeare County Raceway. It think it was for cars not blessed with Line Locks. Ah those were the days...... :s017:

true that, look at how many people are standing with in 2 feet of that rusted out bean can, and it is amazing that something didnt come off that car and hit someone.

there are a couple of events here in town and the set up in a parking lot, with no understanding that if something goes wrong,they dont have any paramedics on site,and no fence and they just burn away :tears: some one could get hurt or die :s022:
