so i have an 82 dodge and i cant get the alternater to work i toke it in and had it tested 3 times and there keep saying its good so my father told me if i hook two jump wires to the feilds it should pump out more then enough voltage so i did and still nothing doese any one know why?

Two field connectors?
How did you hook up the jump wires? One to battery and one to ground?

Does the alt case need a good ground on these ones?

no i put both to the batterry but i took it to school and tested it and it says it not puting out anything so i just bought the one wire alternater from summit well i stole it from my dad and i bouth him a new one and its on its way it works reaslly good
