Fender Mounted Turn Signal Bulb Replacement

Anyone know how to get to and replace the bulbs in the turn signals on the fenders on a 71 Challenger ?

For my 73, I just remove the screw on top of the light. Then the amber plastic piece comes up. Now you can see the bulb. It pullt straight up.
