i am installing a 391 sure grip when i install the right side axle there is a sdj nut on it how do i know when the adj it right on it. Thank you.

When you have .008 to .016 endplay on the axle flange its OK. The nut on the adjuster plate should be torqued to 35 ft. lbs. after determining the endplay is correct. New bearings/races will probably show a couple thou tighter and used a bit looser.
