ok now after some fine tuning the idle mix, i went back t a lighter spring in the vac.secondary,and a 75 pv ,it just wasnt quite right so i went back to the standard spring and now the stumble/hesitation is gone,the pryo reads 1150 degrees f, i dont want to go any leaner than i have it now,
this a street cruiser and i need it to go on the street as i drive it every day now ,so it needs to behave ,also
i felt that the main problem was gasket failure, it was kinda falling apart,due to the vibration from the bent pulley in ps pump
,now it seems real smooth,doesnt puke on me or flood/lean/hard start, its really good after several hot starts considering the stuff they call gasoline/motor fuel,it just is so inconsistent one tank seems to vary by seasons they say we have a summer blend now,we have low octane the best i can get at the pump is 93 ,of course i can get race gas but if i dont use it fast enough it goes bad,what is the highest octane you guys can get?
