i am fitting all front parts back
then will start body work

Looks nice. Are the hinges popping up at the cowl like mine. It's now on the second set and they are doing it again. If you know how to adjust them please tell.

The hood pops up because the hinges are shot. There are a few places that can rebuild them for you. They drill out the old rivets and install new ones. They even re-work the track if it is worn.

I have heard of people greasing up the hinges really well and that seems to work for a short time but that is only a temporary fix.
