Thats quite a job you have undertaken!

There are more knowledgeable people on this site than me, but I will try to answer what I know.

There are many businesses selling restoration parts. Two major ones are:

www.yearone.com
www.paddockparts.com

There is also Ebay. You should check all three of these sites, at least, if you are looking for a part.

For the front edge of the hood, you are right, there is a chrome trim piece missing, and when you get it, it will take care of your misaligned bezel, too. This piece is very expensive, someone else could probably point you to the cheapest site to get one from

For the gas cap, that is not a stock gas cap, you will need to buy the right one.

For the rear window and windshield, talk to your local glass supplier. These glass pieces are readily available in the US, I dont know about where you are.

Everything else someone else will have to answer. Good Luck! And post more pictures and info!

There is no logo missing from the center of the wheel. It should have a brushed aluminium finish. New wheel centers are available.

You should be able to get the glass locally. It can be got even here in the UK very easily.

There were two kinds of Gas caps. A flush fitting body coloured cap and a chrome "flip open" cap that stood out from the body. This flip cap did not seal the gas pipe so it also had a small diameter regular type cap under the flip top.

There are detailed photos of this part on this message board if you search for it.

There's a third type, the flush-fitting chrome cap (which I think may be a dealer or parts-store replacement cap, not a factory item).

Your existing cap should fit within the flip-top gas cap.

If you ever replace those center caps, make sure you get the darker argent ones (same as what you;ve got). These were the 1971 version, the 1970 version was a lighter argent color.
BTW, as others have stated, that is a very nice car

Have you looked for a broadcast sheet (buildsheet)? It will tell you many details of what your car originally was equipped with. An example would be which type molding your car came with, narrow or wide front molding. These build sheets can be found almost anywhere inside the car; in the seatbacks (front or rear), under the dash, under the carpeting etc. If you find it, it will be the best source of information on your car use could possibly have.
