There is a section to the board called "Wheels/Brakes/Steering/Suspension" which is where you ask questions on those subjects.

And guess what? :D

It has been asked a million times before.
So have a search though that section and see what people are using.

It is not actually hard to work out. All you need is a tape measure. If you don't know how to measure your existing wheels for width and backspace I think there might be something in there about that too.

There is also a "search" facility on the tabs at the top of the page under the message board title.

To help little bit i can tell you that on the straight car with the rear axle centered you can put on :

15x8 with BS 4,5 inch then tires 275/60 perferct fit, 255/60 no problem justy little lower and to narrow for my taste, 295/50 bigest meat you can put on, little rubbing on inside edge of fender, depends on your fenders, but it is an issue of about 1- 2 mm( can also happen it will not rube at all)

15x10 with BS 5,5 inch, you can have clearance issue with tire touching the leaf spring, but 275/60 should fit just fine ( no guarantee thogh )

It will not be enough just to order 8, 9 or 10" wide wheels... It is just as important to meassure and get the correct backspacing on the wheels.

I have 10" and 5" backspacing (299mm rubber on it) and it is no problem. But with heavy weight/ people in the back seat, it can slightly touch in really nasty hard bumps. (You will probably have to modify the innnerside of the fenders edge a bit..) But i have my car high at the rear, and if you want the back of your car at normal height (straight/ pretty low) this combo is not possible at all! I have tried, and it is not at all possible to drive with... The best thing to do is to meassure your car. It would not surprise me if it could be small differences from chally to chally. I do not know if you can get 10" / 5,5" backspacing without the wheels touching the rear leaf springs(?) It seems like Dave got the correct solution do, with shackles and 5,5" backspacing, he fit the 295/50 easy, looks nice! (Did you follow the link? http://challenger.mpoli.fi/forum/viewto ... highlight= )

Here are some links that will help you meassure...
