Sweet! Does he/you have the original intake and Carb Wayne? Not that the intake and carb you have now is bad or anything. Actually it will make more power and weigh a ton less than the cast iron beast of an intake that was on it and the small Carter AVS that the factory equipped it with. Are you going to re-build it wayne? If so have the block sonic checked first and dont bore it out any more than it needs to be. I only went .010 on my 440 because it cleaned up and had straight bores at that overbore. The thicker the cylinder walls the better. Can you post a pic of the front 'pad'?
