An E-mail from Ireland
An email from Ireland to all of their brethren in the States... a point to ponder despite your political affiliation:
We, in Ireland, can't figure out why you people are even bothering to hold an election in the United States.
On one side, you had a pants wearing female lawyer, married to another lawyer who can't seem to keep his pants on, who just lost a long and heated primary against a lawyer, who goes to the wrong church, who is married to yet another lawyer, who doesn't even like the country her husband wants to run!
Now... On the other side, you have a nice old war hero whose name starts with the appropriate "Mc" terminology, married to a good looking younger woman who owns a beer distributorship!!!
What in God's name are ye lads thinkin', over there in the colonies???
lol i think its really funny

The pay is lousy-only one million $ USD a year as opposed to 7 figure incomes in F500s.
Less perks
More scrutiny in your job performance-no one will be satisfied
You need the support of the US Congress- the biggest bunch of losers who can't get a real job (that's the job I want; big paycheck and able to give myself a raise whenever, more perks than anyone you'll ever know, don't have to follow the laws I write that everyone else has to obey, travel on junkets everywhere, tax-free benefits, the most awesome retirement plan you'll ever find etc)
Your every action, public and private, is under public scrutiny
Every nut and oddball on the planet will have a personal grudge against you, so you have to watch out for them also
etc
