Usually I do not speak in cell phones very often or for a very long time. When I do that for 5-10 minuters or more, it feels like an area close to my ear is becoming heated. I use to solve that by moving the phone to the other ear...

I do not agree with that. Why? I do not get the same feeling of warmth when I use other types of phones (which I of course hold in a same way as a cell phone.).

Other phones don't always have a colour LCD screen radiating infra red radiation into your skin.
