Hello,

Are these parts specific to Challengers? My car was a frankenstein, and this was the gear shift control level that came with the trans (727). My shop manual shows a gear shift lever with a couple of bends in it. Right now, the lever is also hitting the neutral safety switch. I bought a used slap stick assembly on line, and the female end on the gear shift lever was much larger than the lower shift rod male end.

I have a 440 with a 727 in a 72 Challenger.
