I'm drilling the holes in the hood for my hood emblems. The little red pins that go on the emblem pins and push in the holes tight to keep the emblem in. Is it better to put the plastic spacer on the pin or in the hole first? I'm thinking pin first so it doesnt pust through the hole. Any idea on hole size? What about emblem location? I forgot to say these are the scoop emblems but I will be doing the Dodge ones on the nose too.
