-got new trunk and supports all welded
-wow all major metal work done
-the rest is easy
-will be sent off to the blaster soon for clean
up and prime
-only took 1700 worth of sheet metal
-200 worth of cut wheels,grinding disks and ?? worth of beer

What are you planning for the lower quarter rust in the last picture? The reason I ask is I'll be repairing that too someday.

i have paddock replacement trunk
extentions to repair the inner quarters
they will go in after the shell is blasted

Does the trunk extension start by the jack location then continue down and tie into the outer quarter skin. How far forward does it go? Not to include the wheel wells? Would one need to remove the outer skin to install them?

Sorry if these are silly questions, Ive never attempted a project like you are doing.

heres what trunk exstentions look like
they continue from trunk pan down to bottom of quarter
they are connected to the outer wheel house

As Jon stated Botari, are you going to seal prime paint? Or are you going to use a undercoating type material when completed to 'seal' the area off from water? Your work appears very well done, congrats, the hard part is over!! :thumbsup:
