Excellent! Jon Bonham! Jon Henry Bonham! Dave it's really cool that Jason is filling is fathers legendary shoes, and is a great drummer! I wish they would play the 'lemon song' here on our radio station,(1), conservative idiots!! :s002: I used to have every single record album of their's but you know how that goes. Is the millenium dome the new place they built in 99, I saw pictures of it. It can 'do' some pretty amazing things with lighting and sound right?

The dome itself is just that - a dome. Built for the millenium. Then they didn't know what to do with it after. Bit of a white elephant.

Recently it has been re-developed and in one corner (it is a BIG dome) they have built a 20,000 seat music theatre. That is where the gig will be.

Plus. Who knows. If it goes well, and they enjoy themselves, there might be a world tour. You never know. :wink2:

You have to register here http://www.ahmettribute.com/ and the "winners" are pulled from a hat. Only two tickets per household.

I don't suppose any of you guys would like to register for me to increase my chances? :s022:

The website is working now but very very slow.

It looks like you have to be a UK resident to apply as the form does not include a country field.
But thanks for the offers anyway.

I still have not been able to register as the web form will not load up fully. I will have to try again very early in the morning tomorrow.

No wonder the web site is struggling. 20 million people tried to get on it to register yesterday.

There was a woman we all know..... :s026: A chick in high school played that song in front of the whole school. They didnt know she was playing a 'metal' song and she asked em if she could play her guitar on stage during our ususal boring singing and dancing play. She rocked man! The school admin was very nervous when she started wailing on that thing. It was really cool, and it was a 16 year old chick! The kids went nuts. We didnt have that play anymore. :wink2: (Stairway to heaven) Led rocks baby!!!!!!

Yeah it makes all 16 hairs stand on end. Black Dog is another but my favorite Zep song is......Dazed and Confused the long 26 minute version. Wail Jimmy, Wail!!! 8)

I hope Led Zepplin fares better than McClaren Mercedes did in Paris France today. They were stripped of the constructors title for 07 and 08!!For espionage activites involving Team Ferrari and aquiring itellectual knowledge pertaining to it's race program.(also fined 100 million U.S) The drivers points will remain in effect. They dont fool around do they? :s004:

Led Zeppelin

Postby patrick » 14 Sep 2007 1:51

Rizrtse. I've been digging through my collection and can't find it. Was, "Hey Hey What Can I do. ", Correct, or is that just another false memory that I have? Sorry Dave. I got so caught up in the Led Zep moment, that I thought you asked the question. It might be two season's away but, good luck anyway! Pat
