I did wonder when the Challenger bulkhead blackout was phased out.

That is hard to read, but if you are reffering to the last bit under the shaker photo, part of the information is missing due to the tear.

The 1970 model year ran from August 1, 1969 to July 31, 1970.

Sorry Dave, but I was lucky to get those. At one time I subscribed to every MoPar magazine. I had to get rid of most for lack of storage space to keep them. These were interesting so I kept them but was in a hurry to rip them apart from the magazine. My wife then threw most of the ones I didnt put up out. :?
