Trunk Lid Questions

I have located a trunk lid in nice condition for my 1970 and want to MAKE SURE it will fit.
It is from a 1972/3.

Is it true that 1970 thru 1974 used the SAME trunk lid?
(This is a NON RALLY Challenger)

I want to know for sure before picking this up.

Yes, they will all fit, no matter which Challenger trunk lid you put on any 70-74 Challenger. However, there are four different rear deck lids that I can think of that came out as bolt-on option choices changed: early 1970, mid 1970, late 1970 through 1971 and 1972-1974. The differences are all in the inner structural side of the deck lids..... support and holes on the inside for a luggage rack (early 70), support and holes on the inside for a luggage rack and go-wing (mid-1970), support and holes for a luggage rack, go-wing and T/A duck-tail spoiler (late 1970 and all of 1971) and no holes for anything on the 1972-1974. I think I have it right but did this from memory so Barry, please correct me if I'm wrong here, will you?
