My guess is that front and rear spoiler only were available in ´70 and ´71, as the A45 option.

The spoilers and the chrome gas cap are not original. I think the rear panel colour should be black on a Rallye. If it is not a Rallye the side scoops are non-original as well. You need to print the fender tag here if you want to know what the car should or should not have on it.

It's also got the earlier Rallye wheel centres. The later ones were chunkier, angular things.

The rear bumper should be spaced out from the body with an infill between, also I'm sure the later cars had the large overriders.

Are the tail pipes twin outlet to each pipe?

Is it a flat hood?

The car is not right as far as exact year detail but if he's not trying to hide something or make the car something it isn't it looks a nice car.
