strippers

Hello,
I'm at the stage of stripping down my car. I have heard that aircraft stripper will work well, although messy. This car of mine has many layers of paint and it's fair share of bondo. What do you guys think of aircraft stripper? Anything better? Thanks!

gday neb
ive found a wire wheel on the angle grinder works well for removing thick old paint it doesnt block up like a sanding disc ,doesnt heat the panel to much its quick & you dont have a horrible gooey mess to clean up as you do with chemical strippers once you have removed the worst of the paint a sanding disc is used to remove the last of it & get it ready to prime or add body filler where necesary
cheers ian
