1970 se need info urgently

I have got a 70 se on the id plate says b11 standard duty front discs but the car dosnt have disc brackes is it suposed to have disc brakes or not :?:

I might be wrong but I think B11 was drums in 1970. :? Maybe even manual drums? :?

The red book says: B11 = HD drum brakes
