Windshield was installed two weeks ago. Since in car was only safe place for storage I had to install it. There's plenty of rust as you can see so it must come off in future and I wanted it to be easy to remove. I also lacked proper gasket so I cutted one from rubber mat.

Do you hate me already for not sending this car to crusher? Don't worry. Since it's just another abused car that started with /6 and no options it's never going to be threat to your pretty ones. Just something to play with and maybe eventually turn some heads on street.

This clip was shot in May 2005 so that's why there's still some snow left on the ground. Eg. before any of fixes done during summer.

Oh specs.. It's 70 Challenger with 340, 727, 7 1/4" rear and 10" drums without booster.

What are your plans , full resto ?

What is the history of that car?? Import direct to Finland? Reason for question is that some Challengers from Sweden have been exported to Finland.
I try follow each and every car, today my list has 470 VIN and of them has 73 been exported or scrapped. Is this one of them? I should be interested in the VIN for to check against my records.
A Private message or mail with VIN should be appreciated.
Have you any info about other Challenger's with Swedish history?

That under dash wiring looks a lot like my efforts under my own dash. I must stop using mains cable.

Something I must put right this winter. Along with a million other things. But at least I am starting with something in a little better condition that this.

Perhaps time for quick update? Friend of mine is fixing it on his spare time. Car is going get paint within few months.

BTW. Found some old customs papers too. Price for this 1970 and my 1974 together was 4900 Canadian dollars back in February 2000. What it was after shipping and all taxes.. Well lets say a lot more. Actually for this 1970 I still haven't paid all taxes required before it can be registered, but another 1970 Challenger someone imported from Estonia to Finland was 158 euros so that's not much any more. Used to be thousands of euros couple years ago.

I'm not the one working on the car (there is that "the magic hand" photo before), im just the little brother whos planning on eventually driving the car (if jr will let me) and just happened to be on vacation in the area and got some photos of the current state.

You better take a second look! The deep snow makes the tyres look lower than they actually are.

Very nice. I bought many of my parts from them too.(Just Susp.) How big did you go on the T-bars? What is the ratio on the steering box?

Steering box is 12.5:1 with "Firm" reaction level.

Quick update as I got some new parts: 13" front and 11.7" rear discs with hydroboost, intake, fuelrails, radiator with fans, tti headers (coated in and out), new 489 case rear with truetrac (torsen) "suregrip", adjustable shocks, fuel pump etc.
