intake crossover block off recommendations

Postby cbmopar72 » 18 Apr 2005 20:58

Does anyone have any recommendation on installing the heat cross over block-offs for an intake manifold. I see in previous posts some have used epoxy/resins (anything specific?) and welding. Would gasket sealer be sufficent or will the plate vibrate (I imagine it would).

FYI, I have the gasket kit that has the block offs included.

Thanks,

Clint

Is this small block or big block?

I don't know the small block version.

If it is some sort of thin metal blanking plate that fits over the hole I would guess you just stick it on with gasket cement?
