My car will be going into the body shop for major rust repair and paint. Does anyone have a sample contract they could share? If not, I can write one, but if someone could list the major things that should be included based off any experiences you've had.

Make sure to include a time frame... I have been fighting with the guy doing my body work as my body has sat for the last 4 weeks after going to the media blaster and bare metal during the wet weather cant be a good thing oh and if they ask for money up front go elsewhere, I also should have realized that if they dont have the working capital to buy the replacement panels themselves they could close up shop with your goods still in their possesion. doh is me
